Our Story

One workspace for planning, focusing, and tracking your work.

FlowPomodoro started as a Pomodoro timer — and grew into something more: a complete system for turning goals into real, measurable progress.

The Problem We're Solving

Most people don't struggle with wanting to be productive. They struggle with the gap between intentions and action. They have goals in their head, a to-do list on paper, and a calendar that doesn't reflect any of it — and they spend their best hours reacting instead of doing focused work.

Planning, focusing, and tracking are three separate habits that most tools treat as three separate products. You need a goal-setting app, then a calendar, then a focus timer, then a habit tracker. The overhead of managing multiple tools becomes its own productivity tax.

FlowPomodoro was built to close that gap. One workspace where your goals drive your schedule, your schedule drives your focus sessions, and your sessions feed back into measurable progress.

The Productivity Loop

FlowPomodoro is built around a simple, repeatable cycle. Every feature in the workspace serves one of these six steps:

Set Goals

Define what matters. Create goals with daily and weekly targets.

Plan

Block time in the Planner before distractions fill your day.

Focus

Work with distraction-free Pomodoro sessions tied to goals.

Track

Measure actual focus time per goal, daily and weekly.

Review

Reflect on what worked and what didn't each week.

Improve

Apply what you learned. Plan better next week. Repeat.

Small improvements compound. A person who plans 10 minutes better each week and reviews honestly at the end produces significantly better results over months and years than someone working harder with no system.

Why the Pomodoro Technique?

The Pomodoro Technique — developed by Francesco Cirillo — structures work into focused intervals (typically 25 minutes) separated by short breaks. It works not just as a timer, but as a psychological contract with yourself: for the next 25 minutes, this one thing gets your full attention.

Research on sustained attention suggests that the human brain is not built for uninterrupted focus over long periods. Structured work intervals with intentional breaks help maintain cognitive performance, reduce decision fatigue, and make it easier to start tasks that feel overwhelming.

FlowPomodoro supports standard 25/5 intervals, 50/10 deep work sprints, and fully customizable durations — because different types of work require different rhythms.

How We Build

A few principles guide every decision in FlowPomodoro:

Honest, Not Inflated

No fake statistics, no invented social proof, no dark patterns. Every claim we make is something you can verify yourself.

Connected, Not Fragmented

Every feature connects to the others. Goals feed the planner, the planner feeds focus sessions, sessions feed analytics.

Fast and Simple

Start immediately. No signup required to focus. The app opens in seconds and stays out of your way while you work.

Distraction-Free

No ads, no clickbait, no notification noise. FlowPomodoro's job is to help you focus — not compete for your attention.

Try the system.

Set a goal. Block time in the planner. Run your first Pomodoro. See your progress in Analytics. The loop is waiting.
